Real Estate Company Separates Itself From The Competition
DYNAMIC REALTY ANNOUNCES EXPANSION,
NEW BUSINESS MODEL
Who: Dynamic Realty Inc.
What: Introduces specialist concept to better serve clients; rollout will include new offices in Anderson, Spartanburg.
Dynamic Realty Inc. today announced plans to expand into multiple Upstate markets while rolling out a new business model focused on specific real estate customers.
“Generalists have been the standard in our industry for years,” said Rick Stroud, Dynamic Realty’s president. “We believe consumers want and deserve more from our industry.”
The Greenville-based real estate firm plans to deploy small, strategic teams throughout the state that specialize in one of six categories:
First-time buyers
For sale by owner clients
Hardship sellers
International clients
Residential investors
Baby boomers
Team members will be category specialists, available to and sought out by the consumer who wants more than what a general practitioner Realtor can provide.
“Our agents will know the ins and outs of their customers wants and needs,” said Dave Barber, Dynamic Realty’s chief executive officer. “We’re not going to be a one-size-fits-all company.”
Dynamic Realty will be opening new offices in Anderson and Spartanburg. Both will follow the same concept that is being rolled out in the Greenville office. Those offices will open shortly after the beginning of the year.
In spring 2010, DRI will continue its expansion to key markets across South Carolina. The company also plans to take its concept into North Carolina and Georgia within the next 24 months.
