Missing Infant Found in Summerville
1 month old Angel Miguel Perez has been rejoined with his parents.
Early this morning the infant was recovered in a house in Summerville. A young woman has been arrested and charged with kidnapping.
This case has drawn a lot of attention from local, state and federal authorities. Yesterday it was announced that the FBI put up a $20,000 reward for information that led to a conviction of a kidnapper.

The baby’s mother told police that she was at the Post office on Rivers Avenue in North Charleston, and left the infant in her car while she was in the building. She claimed that she was only gone for 5 minutes, and the baby was gone when she returned.
An amber alert was issued the the car believed to be used by the kidnapper.

What kind of an idiot leaves a one-month old in a car for five minutes? She should be arrested for child neglect.
AMEN! How difficult is it to take a one-month old INTO the store/post office with you???
